Refund and Cancellation Policy

Hiranya Hasta Solutions OPC Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) values customer satisfaction and strives to provide high-quality astrology consultation services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding appointment cancellations and refunds. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:


1. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request cancellations at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative appointment slot or a full refund.

2. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session.
  • If a client cancels an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, they may request a full refund or reschedule their session at no extra charge.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation and will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • In case of technical issues or double payments, clients must contact us at contact@hiranyahasta.com within 48 hours for resolution.
  • If you request a refund, a small fee will be deducted to cover the charges taken by the payment platform we use. This ensures we can process the refund smoothly while covering necessary transaction costs.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients can reschedule their session once, provided they inform us at least 24 hours before the original appointment time.
  • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session will be subject to approval and may not be accommodated.

4. No-Show Policy

  • If a client fails to attend their scheduled consultation without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are available at the scheduled time.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In case of emergencies, clients may request a refund or rescheduling by providing valid proof.
  • Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the Company reserves the right to approve or deny such requests at its discretion.
