• Negative predictions will not be given, and clients are encouraged to use the insights wisely and responsibly.

2. Personal Responsibility & Discretion

• Clients must exercise their own discretion before making any decisions based on our consultations.
• Our readings should not be considered a replacement for medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice.
• Predictions and guidance offered are opinion-based interpretations and should not be used as evidence in legal matters.

3. No Liability

• We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or consequences arising from the use of our services.

4. Right to Accept or Decline Consultation

• The astrologer reserves the right to accept or decline any consultation request.
• Before confirming a session, the astrologer may review the “Prashna Chart” to determine the feasibility of the reading. If the session is not permitted by divine guidance, it may be postponed or refunded if a payment has been made.

5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

• Payments made are non-refundable unless the astrologer determines that the session cannot proceed due to spiritual constraints.
• Clients can reschedule their session if they are unavailable at the booked time.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to a platform fee deduction as per our Refund Policy.

6. Session Details & Communication

• Zoom links for online sessions will be shared 5-15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
• If confirmation of booking is not received within three business days (Monday – Friday), clients should contact us via email or WhatsApp at +91 9051940400.
• Sessions will be scheduled within 7-25 business days from the booking date, depending on slot availability.

7. Restricted Questions

• We do not entertain questions related to:
  • Politics
  • Death and death-related matters
  • Gender of an unborn child
  • Success in extramarital relationships
